Ta-Sheng Ly Obituary, Ta-Sheng Ly died in Fresno Shooting

Ta-Sheng Ly Death, Obituary -Kou Vue, age 30, was traveling on Highway 41 south of Ashlan when he ran into his ex-girlfriend and her sister, Ta-Sheng Ly, age 28. It was around ten o’clock at night on Saturday and Kou Vue had been driving for almost an hour. Both of them were riding along with them in the car. After Vue had been successful in convincing them to stop over, the accounts state that he displayed a revolver to show his threat. After that, he fired a series of rounds, which ultimately led to Ly’s fatal wounds and death.

Vue is said to have committed suicide not long after being caught by law enforcement officers; the incident took place on an exit ramp leading to Bullard Avenue. The California Highway Patrol was kind enough to supply this information for us. According to Tony Bott, a spokeswoman for the Fresno County Sheriff’s Department, Vue was arrested on July 8 and charged with assault with a deadly weapon, endangering the welfare of a child, and participating in domestic violence.

These charges stem from an incident that occurred on July 8. After being taken into arrest, he was transported to the Fresno County Jail, where a bail of $45,000 was subsequently imposed on him. On the other hand, as a result of a settlement involving pretrial supervision, Vue was reportedly granted parole and freed from jail on July 12 as part of the arrangement.

The man, who was 30 years old at the time of his death, is survived by six children, three of them are his former children from a previous relationship with a girlfriend. When Sheng Ly passed away, she was 28 years old. Her friends said in a letter, “As friends of Sheng Ly, it is with a heavy heart for us to report that she was taken too early at the age of 28 from everyone she loved and cared for.” Ly’s age at the time of her death was 28.

She was an amazing young lady who never turned a blind eye to anyone in need and whose radiant smile never failed to melt the hearts of those around her. Within her family, she held the position of being the second oldest child. Everyone is having a hard time coming to terms with the fact that she is no longer here with us because of how young she was when she passed away.
