An accident took place near the intersection of South Hurstbourne Parkway and Fegenbush Lane on Sunday morning, close to four in the morning. Profirio Cruz-Hernandez, who was 26 years old at the time of the accident, was driving the wrong way on Hurstbourne when he collided head-on with Nokes’ vehicle, as stated in the reports that the police have compiled regarding the incident.

According to the arrest report, Hernandez admitted to drinking four beers before getting behind the wheel of his vehicle, and his blood alcohol level was determined to be 192 milligrams per deciliter (mg/dL). Additionally, the report states that Hernandez’s blood alcohol level was higher than the legal limit. When it was first formed, the amount of his surety bond was determined to be $200,000 dollars.
