James Kuang Death, Obituary – James Kuang, a resident of Fremont who was 50 years old, has been identified as the person who passed away by the coroner’s office in Contra Costa County. On Tuesday, Kuang was driving his vehicle on State Highway 4 close to Pittsburg when it was struck by a car going in the opposite direction.

On Tuesday, approximately 11:05 a.m., it was reported that someone was driving west in the eastbound lanes of Highway 4 at Railroad Avenue. The report was made by a witness. A Honda Accord and a Dodge Durango were involved in a collision that occurred head-on, which resulted in the accident.

The California Highway Patrol (CHP) reports that Kuang, the driver of the Honda, was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, whereas a passenger in his vehicle was taken to the hospital with significant injuries.
