Laurie Brietzke Obituary, Laurie Brietzke Has Sadly Passed Away

Laurie Brietzke Death, Obituary – Laurie Brietzke has sadly passed away unexpectedly with loved ones, family and the entire community left heartbroken and in grievance, according to an online publication. A pedestrian was struck by a car in Abbotsford on December 16, and immediately after the collision, the driver of the car fled the scene of the accident in an attempt to avoid responsibility for the collision. As a result of the injuries she incurred in the collision, the pedestrian did not make it through the ordeal alive.

It has been established that the woman’s name is Laurie Brietzke, and family members have stated that she is 47 years old and is the mother of two children. In order for Brietzke to be nearer to her spouse, she uprooted her life and relocated not too long ago from Kelowna to Abbotsford. An accident took occurred on Friday evening at around 7:45 local time near to the intersection where Gladwin Road and Bevan Avenue meet. The driver of the car that had struck her had left the scene of the accident, but the authorities were able to track him down not too long after the event had taken place.

On Saturday, December 17, the police issued a statement to the press saying that the driver had been identified and that they were in the process of interrogating them. The statement also stated that the investigation was ongoing. In addition to that, the statement revealed that the inquiry was still active. After she was injured, Brietzke was rushed to the hospital, but sadly, she was unable to survive her injuries and passed away on December 18th. Following the event, members of her family claim that she sustained injuries and was then taken to the hospital for treatment.

The inquiry has not yet been wrapped up, and there have been no official charges brought against anyone as of yet. The police are continuing their investigation into the incident, and at this moment they are looking for witnesses and dashcam footage from the area around the time of the crash.
