John McNelis Death, Obituary – I’m sorry to be the one to break the news to you, but I had to tell you that this morning, one of our own passed away. I do so with a heavy heart because I had to be the one to tell you. John McNelis’s fight against cancer was ultimately fruitless, and as a consequence, he passed away as a result of the disease.
In spite of the fact that he wore a lot of different hats, he was successful in making a big impact on the lives of a huge number of different people. He was a fantastic friend, husband, and father in addition to his work as a Captain for the Barstow Fire Department, a preceptor for paramedics, and a teacher for the VVC. Additionally, he worked as a teacher for the VVC.
Because of his magnetic charisma and infectious laugh, he was able to put everyone around him at ease, and the time we spent with him will remain ingrained in our memories for the rest of our lives. Given that McNelis was actually in a league of his own, this is quite upsetting news to hear. He was truly exceptional. I pray that you find peace in death, and I hope you’ll accept my genuine gratitude for the kind welcome you gave me when I joined the VVC family. May you rest in peace.
