Herbert Wink Death, Obituary -On Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at the age of 77, Herbert Calvin Wink, Jr. passed away at St. Luke’s – Geisinger in Orwigsburg, Pennsylvania. He made his home in Andreas, Pennsylvania, on the street known as Ash Circle Drive. He considered the community of Andreas, located in Pennsylvania, to be his permanent residence.

His birth took place on Wednesday, December 27th, 1944 in the city of Coaldale, in the state of Pennsylvania. Before Herbert C. Wink Jr. was born, both of his parents, Herbert C. Wink Sr. and Mary E. (Eames) Wink, had already passed away. At this point in time, both of his parents had already passed away.
There is a son named Thomas R. Wink who resides in Palmerton; there are two daughters named Tracy E. Richardson and Sherry A.

Schlosser who both reside in Andreas; there is a brother named Donald Wink who resides in Florida; there is a sister named Judy Wink who resides in Maryland; there are three grandchildren named Sarah Nicholls and her husband Zachary, Jacob Palmer, and Austin Schlosser; and there is a companion named Cher Snyder. After graduating from Blue Mountain High School in 1963 and earning his diploma, Herbert enlisted in the Army of the United States of America right away.

After that, he went on to bravely serve his nation during the length of the Vietnam War. During that time, he was stationed in Vietnam. After more than four decades of service as a carpenter for Curtis J. Bailey Builders, Herbert is now able to relax and take advantage of his retirement from the company. He was a passionate outdoorsman who spent his spare time fishing and hunting and cherished the opportunity to spend time in the great outdoors.

Herbert was a member of a number of community groups, such as the Faust Fishing Club, the Andreas Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the Andreas Sportsman Club. In addition to this, Herbert was a very involved member of the NRA and attended many of the events that the organization hosted.
