Bonnie Tefft Death, Obituary – Bonnie Tefft has sadly passed away unexpectedly with loved ones, family and the entire community left heartbroken and in grievance, according to an online publication. On the occasion of Bonnie’s passing away on December 20, 2022, the RWCS would like to extend its most sincere condolences to her family and friends. Bonnie has been a part of the group for a significant amount of time.
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis is the condition that has been determined to be afflicting her throughout the course of the past five years (ALS). Gary and Bonnie Tefft, both of whom are members of the Red Wing Collectors Society with the number 255 designation and who live in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, were inducted into the Red Wing Collectors Society Hall of Fame on July 9, 1999. Gary and Bonnie Tefft are also recipients of the Red Wing Collectors Society Lifetime Achievement Award.
Throughout the course of their lives as collectors, the Teffts have made significant contributions to a collectors’ organization, and in recognition of those accomplishments, they have been awarded a prize. Gary and Bonnie Tefft have amassed quite the collection of baseball cards that feature the Red Wings throughout the years. Bonnie is well-known not just for her extensive local knowledge but also for the fact that she is a co-author on a number of works that are used as references.
In addition to this, she is well-known for her expertise in regards to the Red Wing region. She has previously held these positions at the RWCS, both as a member of the Board of Directors and as a speaker at the organization’s annual conference. Her experience includes both of these responsibilities. During this trying time, we want Gary and the rest of his family to know that we are thinking about them and sending our condolences.
