Kelly Greene Death, Obituary – Kelly Greene has reportedly died unexpectedly with loved ones, family and the entire community left heartbroken and in grievance, and agony. She excelled academically for the whole of her time while attending schools within the Muscogee County School District, which is where she earned her formal education.

She attended George W. Carver High School for her secondary education and then continued on to Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia, to pursue a degree in education after graduating from high school. There, she completed the requirements for both the Bachelor of Education and the Master of Education degrees. Her first teaching job was at Liberty Elementary School in Midway, Georgia, which is where she got her start in the profession.

After that, she spent the next almost 15 years teaching, mentoring, and advocating for children in various capacities. Her students and the other members of her teaching staff had a profound and unending affection for her. The distinction of “Teacher of the Year” for the calendar year 2013 was bestowed upon her.

Kelly earned a degree in Education Specialist from Valdosta State University in 2018, where she also acquired her certification to teach students who are academically talented. She went on to graduate with a degree in Education Specialist. In addition to that, she was a significant factor in the achievement of the STEM certification by her school, which she had a significant role in.

Lewis and Katherine Banks, who were Kelly’s maternal grandparents, as well as Willie and Geneva Greene, who were Kelly’s paternal grandparents, all went away before she was born. Kelly did not had the opportunity to meet her father’s parents or grandparents. She leaves behind to honor and cherish her memory her parents, Oscar and Maria Greene; two brothers, Cory Greene and Timothy Greene (Alexis)

Also survived by dearly loved uncles and aunt, Johnny Greene (Lethel), Lewis L. Banks, Jr. (Miranda), and Sheila Banks Wakeley (Melvin); very special nieces and nephews and a goddaughter whom she thought of as her own, Gavin Greene, Layla Greene, Caden Green She had a significant impact on both the adults and the children who were a part of her life at one point or another.
