John Giles Obituary Delaware, US, Former Elsmere Chief of Police &Town Manager passed away

John Giles Obituary, Death – John Giles of Delaware, US, Former Elsmere Chief of Police &Town Manager has passed away sadly and untimely which has left the family in serious grief and agony according to a social media publication. “The town of Elsmere is filled with a profound sense of sadness upon learning that John Giles, who had previously served the town of Elsmere as both the Chief of Police and the Town Manager, passed away not too long ago. The town learned this information with a recent sense of shock. 1978 was the year that John began his career with the Elsmere Police Department, which he had joined the year before for the purpose of becoming a police officer.

In 1998, he retired after having served as Chief of Police at the department for many years before stepping down from that position. In the year 2002, John was appointed to the position of Town Manager for the community of Elsmere, and he served in that capacity right up until the year 2022, when he retired from his work in the public sector. Mr. Giles devoted himself to the Town of Elsmere in a variety of capacities over the course of forty years, serving in that capacity throughout that time. During this trying time, we want his family to know that they are in our thoughts and prayers, and that they are in our thoughts and that we are thinking about them.

We also want them to know that we are thinking about them. There have been rumors circulating that the former head of the Emergency Planning Department (EPD) and town manager has passed away; may he rest in peace. John Giles was an extraordinary person who also did an excellent job as Chief and Town Manager. He held both of these positions for a long time. Another wonderful person in my life who was taken too soon after a successful professional life. I pray that Chief Laura Giles and her family will one day experience the joy of contentment in their lives.”
