William Skaggs Death, Obituary – William Robert “Bob” Skaggs, who was known to his friends and family as “Bob,” passed away on December 17, 2022, at the age of 75. He was a resident of Newburg, Missouri. On April 10, 1947, in Phelps County, Missouri, he was brought into the world by his parents, the late Charles Roland “Slim” Skaggs, Sr., and Alice Faye (Patton) Skaggs. His parents have since passed away.

Maureen Veronica (Ennis) Skaggs was his bride on the day he tied the knot on September 6, 1980. Bob Skaggs was preceded in death by his biological parents as well as his stepfather, William Reeser; one sister, Beverly Blankenship; two brothers, Jimmy Skaggs and Charles Skaggs, Jr.; one brother-in-law, Ron Miller; and two nephews, Robert D. Skaggs and Dewayne Skaggs.

In addition, Bob was survived by one sister, Beverly Blankenship; two brothers, Jimmy Skaggs and Charles Skagg One of Bob’s sisters, Beverly Blankenship, and two of his nephews, Robert D. Skaggs and Dewayne Skagg, will go on after his passing. Bob enjoyed being outside doing things like hunting and fishing, as well as spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoyed being outside. He worked in the construction industry and was known for his high level of expertise in the field.
