Susan Anzolin Death, Obituary – It is with a heavy heart that we learned Susan Anzolin of Windsor, Ontario, has died sadly and unexpectedly leaving loved ones in pain, agony, and sadness. Susan attended West Frankfort Community High School and Stephen’s College. She relocated to the Chicagoland region and worked for two different advertising firms prior to Nancy Hennicke of Sports Illustrated contacting her about working for the publication.
She is now employed by Sports Illustrated. She had a job at Sports Illustrated for 11 years, and it was during that time that she first met her future husband, David. They did not get married for another 5 years after they had been together for the first time. Together, they have two children. Following that, Susan began working part-time at Glen Ellen Storage/Mayflower in the evenings and on weekends in order to bring in some additional revenue.
In 1971, David and Susan became husband and wife by tying the knot and starting their life together as a married couple. Taking their three dogs, Butch, Bubba, and Corky, along with them on road vacations in their RVs to various destinations in the United States, Alaska, and Canada was one of the things that interested them the most.
This was the primary pursuit that piqued their interest. Susan was often seen accompanying David on his excursions to Mayflower conventions and other moving and storage activities with the Mayflower Warehousemen’s Association. Needlestitching was a hobby that Susan enjoyed, and she was regularly seen doing so while traveling (MWA).
Susan was a loving and loyal wife, and as a result, she was able to win the admiration of a great many people.
