Sam Bakken Death, Obituary – Samuel “Sam” Joseph Bakken, who had spent his whole life in Kent, Minnesota, passed away on December 18, 2022 in the ease and comfort of his own home. He had lived in Kent his entire life. He had accomplished a lot in his life and had made it to the age of 21 when he passed away. He had a full life.
A prayer ceremony will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, December 26, 2022, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Breckenridge, Minnesota. Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on the same day. Both of these events are going to be directed by Father Leo Moenkedick, who is going to be in charge of directing both of them. There has not been a final decision made on the time of day when these occurrences will take place.
Visitation will take place at St. Mary’s Catholic Church on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, from noon until 1 p.m., and the funeral Mass will begin at the church at 1 p.m. on the same day. Both events will take place on the same day. Both of these gatherings are going to be held on the same day. Both Father Joseph Backowski and Father Leo Moenkedick, who are both members of the Franciscan Order, will be in charge of presiding over the services that are going to be held because they are going to take place.
The interment will take place during the springtime in the St. Thomas Catholic Cemetery in Kent, Minnesota. The site of the event has not yet been determined. There has not been a final decision made about the location of the event as of yet. Joseph Vertin and Sons Funeral Home, which is located in Breckenridge, has been given the responsibility of seeing to it that all of the necessary preparations for the funeral are carried out.
