Howard Wellborn Obituary, Death – Howard Wellborn has reportedly died leaving family and loved ones in agony and grief, according to an online publication. “On June 12, 1959, he was welcomed into the world in Carter County by his late parents, Howard Thomas Wellborn and Grace Estep Wellborn. He was born and raised in the Carter County area. After graduating from high school, he served in the United States Army for a total of three years of service. During that time, he was stationed in Germany.
After enlisting in the 776th Tennessee National Guard, he was eventually assigned to service in the Gulf War. Dale is officially retired after a long and successful career as a Security Guard. In addition to that, Dale was an officer for the Moose Lodge for a number of years.
