Gabrielle Hutchinson Death, Obituary -A second person has passed away as a result of injuries sustained following a crush that happened at a concert that took place at Brixton Academy. The concert was being attended by a large number of people. Early in the morning of Monday, December 19th, at the age of 23 years old, Gaby Hutchinson died away while she was being treated at the hospital.
That evening, he was working as a contractual security guard for the event that was taking place, and he was responsible for completing the duties that were assigned to him. Rebecca Ikumelo, 33 years old, went suddenly on Saturday morning as well. She was a resident of Newnham, which is located in east London. Another woman, this one aged 21, is still fighting for her life in the medical facility where she is being treated.
The three people who were crushed in the incident all sustained injuries that were considered to be life-threatening when they were inside the building’s lobby, as stated by the Metropolitan Police. South London is the neighborhood where the building can be found. Because of the incident that took place on Thursday night, a total of eight people needed medical attention for injuries they sustained as a result of the occurrence.
When the police were called, a large number of people were apparently trying to force their way into the venue where Afrobeat musician Asake was performing. This led to the need for police intervention. The Nigerian musician was only allowed to perform three songs at the event before he was asked to leave. He later made a statement saying that his “heart is with those who were harmed,” but he did not elaborate.
Stephen Nana, Mr. Hutchinson’s manager, gave an interview to Sky News shortly after the news of Mr. Hutchinson’s passing was released to the media. In the interview, he remarked that he was “completely surprised and lost for words.” “The sole purpose of our visit was to entertain and put on a show.” I would never in my wildest dreams have predicted that something like this would actually take place.
“It is devastating news that a second person has lost their life as a result of the events that transpired on Thursday,” said the Chief Superintendent of the Metropolitan Police, Colin Wingrove. “The events that occurred on Thursday” “I would want to express my most heartfelt condolences to Gaby’s family during this incomprehensibly difficult time,”
