General Cuppens Death, Obituary – General Cuppens has sadly passed away unexpectedly with loved ones, family and the entire community left heartbroken and in grievance, according to an online publication. In the early hours of Friday morning, local time in Florida, Louis Cuppens, a retired lieutenant general who had been fighting sickness for many years, died suddenly (Okeechobee).
On October 31, in Hampton, just before Louis departed for Florida, he was honored by being presented with The 2022 Queen’s Jubilee Medal. This was a distinction that thrilled him with a great deal of joy and made him feel like he had accomplished something very special. This occurrence took occurred not long before Louis boarded his flight to Florida.
