Charlotte Upah Obituary, Death – Charlotte Upah of Toledo, Tama County, Ohio has reportedly died leaving family and loved ones in agony and grief, according to an online publication. “Charlotte Upah, who was not only the beloved wife of Deacon Stan Upah but also played an important role in the life of our church community, passed away recently, and we are deeply sorry to inform you of her passing. She was a member of our church and played an important role in the life of our congregation. She will be greatly missed by all of us.
